Do you offer free shipping?
Yes! We offer free shipping on all orders over $99. Orders below $99 are charged $15 flat rate for shipping. All orders are shipped expressed and come with a tracking number.
CAN I PAY WITH MY INSURANCE?
We currently do not accept insurance as a form of payment. However, we are able to provide customers with medical expense reports to make insurance claims.
Should your shipment not arrive within 10 business days from the date shipped, a member of our loyalty team will be in contact with you.
We do not accept returns on any medications. However, should there be a defect with the supply that was sent to you, please give us a call right away.

Yes! You can email us at info@exitplug.com and ask for a pharmacist if you have any questions about your medication. You will also receive a patient education sheet about your medicine with your order.
